As a company with upwards of 7000 employees, The Brick utilizes many venues such as "BrickTube," the Coast-to-Coast newsletter, and "Brick University," as communication vehicles.

During the course of a two-year employment, the communications department doubled in capacity, constantly growing and seeking new ways to streamline communication efforts.
